In keeping with some of the weight loss posts and fitness posts on here i just thought i would add something. I'm currently trying to lose weight and go to the gym a lot, but wanted something to do at home. I decided yesterday to buy a boots punch ball and gloves set, thinking that at most it would probably increase my arm muscles and co-ordination... But i am pleased to say that after about 10 mins i was soaked in sweat (yum) and worn out, i havent had such a good workout in ages.
I highly recommend a punch ball to anyone wanting to get fitter, or anyone who gets frustrated :)
