Just got in from work and my dog is trembeling terribly, she has been sich (tiny amount but still) Her tummy seems a little swolen (its not bloat, ive sen it before twice andits not bloat) And she seems miserable.
Any ideas as to whats wrong?
The vet has been phoned and they said to see how she goes before we take her in, he seemed to think i was a tummy bug but im still worried.

Is the vomit a sort of foam? Think if the dog is distressed and depressed I would take her to the vet without delay.

Yes same here, get her to a vet asap.
