Hi Tohme, regarding the probiotic and digestive enzymes, I have been using naturezyme, by naturediet, since april which has helped greatly with molly, I was also giving it to Barney, but noticed that it has a protein source of which is egg, so Stopped it yesterday, the product contains microencapsulated bacteria, ( any idea if that has milk in it ?) enzymes, yucca schidigera extract, dried egg yolk solids.
thanks eleanor

Hi,
Don't know if the information will help but Holland and Barret do an Acidophilus capsule supplement - no lactose, gluten,wheat, egg etc. Its fairly cheap to use too. They also do Digestive enzyme supplements.

The product made by naturediet does indeed contain egg yolk protein; I would suggest that you get specific non dairy probiotics with more than just acidophilus in it;eg bifidus, bulgaricus, etc Solgar do good ranges they also produce a multi spectrum digestive enzyme.
The trouble with a lot of supplements is that they contain unecessary things or those which our pets are allergic to; hence why it is sometimes better to be very specific in your purchasing.

Tohme, can I still use the naturezyme on molly, she doesn't have a problem with eggs, but is allergic to cow's milk, i don't know if it contains milk, I e.mailed the company still waiting on a reply, its just that I have two large tubs of it;;;;
I will get the solgar for Barney.
thanks eleanor

if you get on the Naturediet site it will tell you exactly what the ingredients are; I don't believe it contains milk.
