Topic Dog Boards / Health / Spayed Lab Discharge
- By Jo-Basset [gb] Date 09.07.04 16:20 UTC
Hi
Hoping you can help a friend of mine. They have a 14mth old Lab who was spayed 2 months ago. She 'appears' completely fit and well, with no other concerns apart from a clear string of discharge that was hanging from her last night. Having already done a search on this, we can only find posts relating to bitches experiencing this prior to their first season...so in this instance we are stuck. She hasn't been having any problems having a wee and the frequency hasn't altered.
Your thoughts would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Jo

Could be a mild infection, difficult to say from your post how must of a discharge she has, but if you are worried then I would pop her to the vet.

Yeah I know Jackie...hard to explain in words...just thought I'd give it a shot. They're taking her in tomorrow now. Many Thanks.

Sure it is nothing to worry over but if in doubt put some more money in the vets bank :)
