i am soon to pick up my 8 week old pup, and i was wondering if it would be ok for people to touch and stroke her as soon as she gets home, we live in a shop, would it be ok for people to touch her, that come into the shop?

she wont catch anything will she, i know she cant meet other dogs until her vaccinations

But i wouldnt put her on the floor in the shop - have them pet her on the counter or from her basket.

Only unvaccinated dogs you need to avoid.  Puppy needs to socialise with dogs too.
