Hey all

Does anyone know of a good jam doughnut (or plain doughnut) recipe?  My friend's birthday is coming up and she loves powdered doughnuts, but apparently they're impossible to find.  Being the kind hearted (snort) person that I am, I decided I would make some for her.  Can anyone help?

I'm sure they sell 'Ready to cook' Doughnuts, in supermarkets, by the pastry etc.
