TIP OF THE DAY!

I remember YONKS ago, someone was asking how to keep their car back seat clean when their muddy dog was in the back, and I suggested the 'bucket' type covers that fix from the top of the back seat, and go right across and up the back of the front seats so that the backs of the front seats are also protected from muddiness, however I couldn't remember where I'd seen them.

In the months that have followed, I have seen these seat covers several times online at varying prices from £40-£60.

However!  Today I was in Wilkinsons and happened to spot they were selling car seat covers in the pet section.  On closer inspection, I discovered that it was in fact one of these 'bucket' style covers and was being sold for a grand price of ..........£5.99!

Well naturally one went straight into my basket!  They can also be used spread out as a boot liner too so are dual purpose.  We haven't tried it in the car yet, but have opened it up at home and it is really thick, really large and appears to be fantastic value for £5.99.

Now the person originally enquiring has probably bought some kind of seat cover by now as this was at the beginning of the year, but I thought I would pass on my bargain find information in case anyone else is currently thinking of buying a cover for their back seat - pop down to Wilkinson's if you have one and snap one up for £5.99!!
