We have experienced serious problems with the breeder we bought our puppies from since one of them became ill with a form of Wobblers Syndrome.  Can this site be used to warn other people about this breeder? Your replies/advice would be appreciated.

No. Any complaint should be made to the breeder in the first instance and then the Kennel Club.
