DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THE 3 DAY RULE STILL APPLIES? I HAVE HEARD THAT IT HAS NOW BEEN SCRAPPED?

As far as I know it has been scrapped. All the rules are on the KC website, I'm sure someone cleverer than me can do a link.....
