Having had a wonderful start to the day, realising that Ruby has qualified for Crufts there always has to be something to bring you down. After waiting for weeks for critiques from one of the three shows where she came second, finally Thames Valley is printed. I have been so looking forward to finding out what the judges think of my girl and there it was '2 Smith and Hart's Tartuffe Raspberry.' Thats it, no critique, no nothing. I am so miffed!! Now I have to wait for the Bath comments. Sam.

If that was an Open show report then usually only first place critiques are printed by the Dog papers.  They print crits for 1st and 2nd at Champ shows, and Our dogs has been asking for crits on 3rd place dogs which they will print if space allows.

They both allow three places for Crufts, but many judges forget to do one for third place.
