Can any one give me some info on phantom pregnancies? My 14 month old retriever had her season in may, but has recently begun acting quite odd. She has become more clingy in the last week or so, more jumpy and nervy and has even growled at two of my male friends, whom she met when she was younger, (but not for a while), she is usually very friendly towards people. Her teats are alo bigger and she is still licking herself a lot. It is very difficult to tell as for the last week i have been house and dog sitting for my friend and so she has had a different routine e.t.c. and so i don't know if it is this upset which has caused this. When she was coming into season she growled at someone for the first time, but was fine once she had come in.
