My 14 month old Lab has just come out of her second season and I have noticed her skin isn't as good as normal.  The hair around her eyes seems to have thnned a little, also just along the top of the nose.  After a quick inspection I've also noticed that she has flaky skin on either side of her tummy just going into her flanks. She has had the odd flakes on her back like dandruff as well but otherwise she is healthy.  We have just recently changed her food from James Wellbeloved to Burns as she seemed to be fed up of it but she has always had good quality food. 

Does anyone have any ideas?  Could this be stress with a new puppy in the house, her diet, or part of her coming out of season?  We have had a lab before but she had been spayed before we got her and we have not had to deal with seasons before.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
