I have a telephone number for the owner now if anyone can help with a foster mother. There are 14 (large breed) puppies and the vet has said that he does not think the mother will produce milk at all now.

Update: no offer of help materialized. The breeder and two veterinary nurses are now hand rearing the 14 puppies and are managing at the moment.

Hi Admin
Might be worth mentioning the pups will of had no colostrum. Depending on their age it may be possible to give a colostrum replacement, hand reared pups can have problems with low antibodies :-( Maybe the vets will of already done this though :-)
