Sorry, know how disapointed you must be, still at least your bitch is OK and you can try again.

That's disappointing for you. :( However, it might be worth your while informing all the local vets that you have a bitch who would be able to foster orphaned puppies ... if you wanted to go down that route, of course.

Another thing to remember is Folic Acid, helps with fertility.
