(The area I am looking in is preferable around, or South of Cambridge. 
I don't mind to drive a longer distance to work this means the surrounding area's in Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk would be fine too.)

Sorry to say I can't offer you much hope, there are very few private kennels that employ staff these days, there are a few jobs available in boarding kennels but they are not often full time jobs. Add to that the fact that there are loads of young girls who are hoping to get work at their local kennel and the chance of your being able to get a place is very low. Still if that is what you want don't give up, keep trying and good luck.

If you are resident in this country you could try putting an advert in one or both of the dog papers, Dog World and Our Dogs.
