I have an 8 month old bulldog the pigment around his eyes has not developed yet only every such a little evidence of it is there anything like vitamins I can give him in his diet to bring this on more.  He also has a white face so suffers from red stain on his face I have tried eye wash cleaner but this is not very effective is there anything else more effective.

For pigment you could try Dorwest Herbs (you can order online) Elderberry (or could be Elderflower) and Nettle, a liquid that you add to food or Seakelp tablets (but watch out for overheating).

Tear stains; clean daily, dry thoroughly then apply Sudocreme (or similar), some people use Optrex/Leo eye cleaner, could be due to excess colourings in food/hard water?
