My dog goes crazy when it hears the buzz of a fly, wasp or bee and frantically licked his front legs.  He then attempts to catch it - and if I can't get to it first, he eats it!  He ate three flys the other day that I'm aware of!  How can I stop this and is it doing him any harm?

My dogs do this too, lol,it really makes me laugh as they are almost hypnotised by the things untill they jump up and catch them (amazes me as they nearly always catch them first time)its so funny to watch, lol.I dont think it would do them any harm, unless they ate loads and the only thing i would discourage is them chasing wasps and bees for obvious reasons.
