Hi all, thought you would be a good bunch to ask for advice!  My mother has terrible problems with her sight and going back a few years detatched a retina...Long story short she is on steroids and has been for many years otherwise her sight could deteriorate so much she could lose it - Well this evening she found out she had a possible fractured jaw due to bone weakening which in turn is due to long term steroid use (she doesn't even recall knocking her face or jaw!)  Does anyone else out there have experience of long term steroid use and I am growing increasingly concerned especially now as she has been called to have liver and kidney scanned.
