my dane has got these like spots a bit like pimples on his face   hes also got like 4 of them around his bum - only noticed about 5 mins ago hes going to the vets tommorow morning - only appointment i can get - so in the mean time any one got any ideas what they could be!!!  hes always getting spots around his face but the 1s round his bottom???

hes not been near any nettles or anything like that so iit cant be a nettle sting>
any advice would be great
