my 10 week old pup had her first vaccination on the 26/5 then got lethargic on the friday of bank holiday weekend. she recovered from that but then contined to wee every 10 mintues, i would take her outside and she would wee then i wud bring her in and a couple of mintues l8r she would wee again. these wees only looked like half sized ones compared 2 the first week. she then got better on tues but 2day, since lunchime she has been weeing every 5 minutes
i would take her outside she would wee then i would praise her and come back inside
sit down or continue 2 do wot i was doing b4 then she would ask to go out again and she would wee again. she is now asleep but its been going on 4 5 hours
got a vets appointment 2moz morning 4 her 2nd vaccination but im reall worried
any one got any ideas?

Tell the vet about it so they can check her plumbing and also that she does not have an infection. I take it she is not squatting buy the urine is just running away from her.

i told the vet this morning, they felt her tummy and that was it, sed it could be cystitus but did not give me any thing to treat it with, which i thought that was a bit odd. or is that just me worrying about it?

Poor mite.It sounds like Cystitis, my pup had this at about that age she was given antibiotics though and I was told she was having too much milk and too many eggs.So I was told to put her on a complete puppy food.She did get better but I can remember it was so tiring for her to keep needing to wee.Hope your pup gets better soon.

thanx for all your replies, she seems a bit better 2day, has spent all day running up and down the stairs which she did when she first got here, so im not worried about her any more, cos i think thats her normal behaviour
