Morning
I have a 9 month old springer who i think has a slight hayfever according to the vets..
I found out last week he got stung and had an allergic reaction... i took him to the vets, and got sorted etc...
while there i asked about his anal glands as he is scraping his backside a lot... all was clear and the vet advised that this could be allergy related and due to something like hayfever.. apparently dogs do this or chew paws or get itchy ears!!???
Anyway sorry for rambling to the point... this morning he is itching his ear a lot it sounds a little clicky and the flap looks a little saw/inflammed almost like i would expect human exczma to look like... Is there anything i can do to help or shopuld i just take him back to the vets again??

My pup scratches and nibbles alot, he also scoots his bum along the floor but I didnt think this would be related to the scratching :(

Sorry, I got interrupted :)
Homoepathic pills available from your chemist or alternatively Ainsworths via the web. Apis Mel is particularly recommended for wasp/bee stings and snake bites and Urtica Urens for nettlerash etc. 30c strength is the best IMHO. You can give one an hour for the first day and maybe 3 x day for the next one until gone.
