I am going to have my Yorkie spayed in August ( she is in season at the moment ) and I would like any advice on how soon small dogs recover from this type of opp.
How soon will she be able to go out on her walks which she loves to do, and when will her stitches be removed?

You will find that as she won't know that anything has been done, that after dcoming around from anasthetic you will have a job to keep her quiet.  Some will be a bit uncomfortable for a day or two.  Walks can resuem after this time too, and stictches are removed at a week or 10 days post op.
