And your bitch is a good example of the breed, KC Reg'd, has a current eye certificate, has a hip score of under 15 and an impeccable temperament ? And you want a stud dog with the same??? Sorry, but if you care about this breed at all, this is not the way to go about breeding.

If you want to do the right thing by your bitch and a breed you obviously admire, then your location (and that of the stud) are the least important things.  You should speak to her breeder for advise.

Assuming that her breeder is a reputable, knowledgeable breeder themselves, of course.
