No, in fact not sure there are any being bred in the UK, may be if that is what you have set your heart on you should consider importing. Not sure which dog it is you want think it is the Polski Owtzarka Nizinny (Polish Lowland Sheepdog) if so, may be the Beardie would fullfil your requirements, unless your main requirement is for an unusual breed.

The South Russian Owtcharka is a huge sheepdog kind of similar to a komondor without the dreadlocks.
