Was so happy on Saturday - we finally introduced Glazby to our friends Boxer Samson.  I followed the advice I received on here and they met on neutral ground and were let off their leads as soon as possible to get on with things.

After literally seconds of sniffing they were off gamboling around the field together side to side.  They would then lay down together and were even kissing eath other!!  Then one would get up and lope off with the other following quickly.

We then walked home and again they walked shoulder to shoulder panting but quite happy.  We decided to keep them separate when we got back to my house so Samson was going to stay in the garden and Glazby inside incase he got territorial however within minutes they were both in the house and flat out on the sofa together!!

We were really chuffed and couldn't believe how well they got on!!  Samson is rather unfit and barrell shaped for a boxer unlike Glazby and so hopefully now he's got a playpal that will help him get back into shape!!

When Rachel took Samson home Glazby had to be restrained from jumping out of the living room window to chase after them - he sulked for at least half an hour afterwards!!

Still really pleased that they got on and can now meet up for playtime regularly!!

It's nice when they get a friend isn't it.

Glad the day went well so will  Samson be coming to you for holidays then? ;)

That's great! I love to see dogs playing together - they have so much fun!
