Please can anyone advise.  My 9 week old westie 'Poppy' hs just been diagnosed with cranio-mandibular myopathy.  She is to stay at the vet's this weekend as she is quite poorly.  I would be grateful for anyones advice regarding short/ long term prognosis and what I should do.  Should I be thinking of euthanasia given her age or is this a condition that will resolve itself over time?
