Hi
i use a gentle leader with Toby my lab, although it works he has never got use to it being round his mouth and rubs it on the grass trying to get it off,
this week i bought a Lupi, its great and Toby is so much happier with it, the only reason i use these head collars is because Toby will sometimes pull when he gets excited, he is improving, when he pulls i make him sit and wait,
with the gentle leader i have a link which means if the head collar breaks ive still got Toby on the lead so he cant get free and under a car,
does anyone know if i can get a link for the Lupi ?

Just a thought but would it work if you used 2 leads? One attached to the lupi & the other to the ordinary collar? I'm interested as my lab hates his Halti, and rubs all over the grass with it. He also did so on the floor at the Vet's, who was trying to look at his eye at the time....he suggested it might be better to take it off, and did in fact mention that a harness might be better.

Hi Cathy
yes that may work but most of the time i have Toby on a flexi lead, im just wondering whether i could maybe make something myself. from all the leads i have,
if the Lupi did break Toby would do as his told and not go far but if he spotted a cat or something he may run, he is still young.
