Skye has been going off her food gradually.Yesterday she only ate third to half of her usual amount.Tried giving her little amounts and hand feeding and adding boiled egg which she loves, all ideas bombed.I will leave her till her usual feeding time and i`ll give her chicken .She normally clears her bowl and stands beside my other dog as she always leaves some.If she is not pregnant I have a problem.

Well I go up the M9 and throu Stirling (I think it's the M9!). I keep on that road until I come to a big roundabout and Bridge of Allan is to the right. So I trundle along that road whereupon I then take the 1st on the right. I think there is a wee sign post which says something or other. Follow that road down until you come to a bridge and your are going 1st left immedialty after it. THat takes you onto a very rough roads and all you then have to do is keep going and that road will take you straight to Archie's house.

Not wanting to dissapoint you but I have heard of bitches who go off their food about 3.4 week mark due to them reaborbing. But if she is doing that Archie will be able to tell you that. And in some cases the bitch may have far too many pups and she herself reabsorbs some of them and goes on to deliver a healthy litter of a good size. Ahhhh the wonders of breeding ! Good luck and everything crossed.

Thanks again. The horrors of breeding.I`m prepared for her not to have pups ,my only concern is her now.I was determined she would eat and she did ,but not a lot of her usual diet. She is eating anything but her dry dog food.I wonder if she is just being fussy.Oh well hopefully tomorrow will tell all.

Waiting over .Skye is having pups .None been reabsorbed all 7+ look ok. He said she is only 3 1/2 weeks and that`s why she is still off her food. Now the worry of the birth. The joys of breeding.
