Topic Dog Boards / Showing / Qualifying for Crufts?
- By KateL [ch] Date 04.05.04 08:33 UTC
Hi,

I don't show my dogs in the UK yet, I hope to eventually though, but currently I show in Europe.  But my question is, can a dog qualify for Crufts even if he hasn't been shown in the UK, and how?  And I know there is some way that junior handlers can qualify for Crufts in America, so is it the same way in other countries and how can it be done?  Thanks very much. :)

The kennel Club site has all the details, but from memory, all overseas Champions are automatically qualified, and for next year certain winners from pre-designated shows will also qualify.

Yes Gwen, I think it is the "Junior" winners from cerian shows, but couldn't tell you which ones they are!
