I would like information on what to feed my puppy he is 5 month old, and what not to give him.

Hi Guest.
I'm assuming you have been feeding him up until now or that your breeder has given you information on what they have been feeding. At 5 months old I would be starting to break away from puppy food over onto a good adult brand. It is up to you what you decide to go along with but I worry about using a complete food dry with young puppies, preferring to feed it wet. I don't soak it but I put water on immediately before giving it. That way I can be sure that the puppy is getting some moisture with the food whilst at the same time the puppy is getting something hard to help clean it's teeth.

I would be continuing with the original food for about a month but would be feeding gradually less of the puppy food but mixing gradually increasing proportions of the new food to it.

Best wishes, John
