Turns out the dog had been given to a strays kennels for re-homing in February and was stolen just a day after it was taken there!  The "culprits" must be the idiots that threw him out of the car, the previous owners recognised him in the paper.  His name is "Timmy" and is 5yrs old.  he was given up for rehoming due to changed circumstances, which meant they could no longer keep him.

I believe he is still recovering and is doing well.

Thats strange cos the first place I called on Saturday in relation to this was Sunnyside, and I was told that there was nothing in their lost and found matching the dogs description????

The person who took him in was also told NOTHING of him being taken, despite asking if he had been re-homed!  Covering their tracks Jazzi!!
