Ive recently noticed our 6 year old dog's back legs, click when he walks! He is a small breed dog, so i dont think its old age problems, but i dont know? He swims regulary and gets lots of exercise!

Could be a slipping patella or it could be a click of unknown origin. Next time you are at your vets then ask them to have a check.
