I bought 25 of them the other day and never thought to ask if the marrow in the knuckle bones go off, is this true or can they be kept for a long time, i have them in a v.large sack in the shed.

Yes they do go off, freeze them and defrost overnight when you want one.  Lucky you!

how long does it take for them to go off, dont have a big enough freezer to fit 24 of them in :eek:

should of thought of that really :D think i might put as many as i can in the freezer and get her to strip all the marrow off the other bones a day at a time then stick the bones back in the bag :D
