In champ shows are challenge certificates offered to puppys in puppy classes?

All unbeaten dogs challenge for the CC.If the puppy is good enough to beat all the dogs from the other classes then yes it can win the CC

At the recent breed club champ show in my breed, both CCs were won by puppies.

Put if a puppy wins 3 C.Cs while it is still apuppy it cannot be made up... or has that rule changed???

I think at least one CC has to be won after it is 12 months old.
