When I moved in found lots of moth lavae in the carpet in the bedroom. I have sprayed moth killer, I have put down lavendar sachets as advised. These moths have now eaten areas of the carpet and I have now found them in another room. I frequently spray, I haven't used the old fashioned moth balls because they smell so bad.

How can I get rid of them I am worried they will get into clothing and my new carpets in the other rooms.

I would get rid of all infected carpets and get someone in who specialises in treating this problem. Costly i know but the only way to give peace of mind.
