I have wanted a french spaniel for yonks, i have found a wonderful breeder in north america, who would be willing to ship a pup to me in england. All i need to do is find out asap what age the pup would be able to travel, and what id need to have done, so that when the pup arrives i can have him home.
what vaccinations i would have to make sure were done, by the breeder, for the pup to be alloud in the UK??

please any advice will be much appreciated, i dont like the idea of shipping, but i adore these dogs, and this is the only way i can own one!

Hi Alice, right, the first thing you need to do is to either look on the DEFRA website -http://www.defra.gov.uk/animalh/quarantine/index.htm  or call them directy on 08459 33 55 77.  They will be able to assist you with all of the questions you have asked with regard to importing your dog into the UK from North America, including information about PetPassport etc.
