Some of my litter of 5 wk old puppies are very snuffly, sneezing and occasionally sick. I have visited the vet who injected the two I took with antibiotics and said bring the others with them the next day. I did this saw another vet who checked them over said they had a cold (snotty noses) that had to run its course and injected the two again incase of a secondary infection. He said not to bring them back unless they seemed depressed, was very sick or I was really worried, he did say to watch for dehydration as he would give fluids if necessary. All are playing well some occasionally sneeze and/or are sick and the two injected still have snotty noses this has now been 4 days since I saw the vet. I am watching them like a hawk and the last vet did make me feel I was worried unnecessarily but what do you think, should I take them back. I am worried each time I go they will pick up an infection as I always have to wait a fair while in the waiting room.
I cant thank you afterwards as I am not a member so thank you.
