Hi to all you dog lovers out there. I have a rather naive question but would rather ask a silly question than not and cause any potential to Purdey (my new pup). I shan't say this too loudly in case it makes it rain again but we have had a couple of days sunshine in my neck if the woods. Purdey has obviously got very little skin protection from her coat, as she doesn't really have one. She appears to love the sun. I try to keep her in the shade as much as possible and continuously hydrated with fresh water. However I a would be grateful if you could advise me about whether or not there is such a thing as dog sun protection and if so what are the pros and cons. I would also give her a pair of Gucci sunglasses but she prefers to pinch my jaeger ones!!
May sound like a daft question but better safe than sorry.
