Have you contacted breed rescues and rehoming centers?
There are sites set up to organise rehoming too - why not register and we can help find the special dog to fill the empty bed?

Oh so sorry for your loss.
i am very sorry to read about comfort of 19 years i no how painful it is my yorkie died recently aged 11 years .hope you will find another
