I have recently come across a medal [ gold and enamal ] showing a Manchester terrier. With the words Glasgow challenge cup 1906 presented to A C Donald. I have tried all combinations of the above on the net with no luck other than a ref to the F A Challenge cup. But I do not know of any football club badge with a Manchester terrier on it.
I am almost sure that the medal is to do with a dog show/competition. If any of your members could shed any light on this I would be gratefull.
