im with pet plan  for  the insurance  yet i put a claim in about 6 weeks ago  and still awaiting payment .
ive phoned them and all i get told is that its still pending, its for nearly 400.00

has any 1 else had this problem.
i need to make another  claim after the incident yesterday  
im at the point of takin  insurance elsewhere

I've just sent off my first claim this week - alarmed to hear its taken 6 weeks already and still being processed
Is this usual anyone ?

i had to send a load more info of about 4 weeks ago  but dont seem to be getting anywhere

I've got Petplan, but never had to claim yet, and hope I never do!!  However, our vets are willing to have any Petplan claims made out to be paid directly to them, and they will then bill for any excess plus any items not covered.  I know it's not much help when you've already paid out, but for others or if another claim has to be made, perhaps it is worth asking your vet whether they will offer this facility?

I have pet plan and claimed some months ago for some x-rays for my pup.  I received the payment within a week. My vet sent it off directly so I don't know if that made a difference.
