when is the earliest i can sell my dogs puppies they are driving me up the wall all they do is eat and make a mess they are 4 weeks old but they are eating loads of bread and milk sops and puppy food mixed in, the tinned stuff  is next week to soon? they will be 5 weeks but they are really big like there mum

Are you a WUM?  I will assume so but answer for the sake of other guests.

You are not feeding them correctly - maybe this is why they are making so much mess.  What on earth did you expect when you either mated or allowed your bitch to get pregnant.  Puppies are noisy, smelly, messy and a LOT of hard work if done properly.

They should remain with each other and be looked after properly for a minimum of 7 weeks so they can learn from each other.  IMO their dam should have access to them, but be able to get away if she wishes, until the time they leave for their new homes.

May I also suggest that when you have sold the puppies you also do something about their mother
