A little while ago i asked if anyone had a doggy birthday cake recipe, which they did thankyou, Toby loves homemade liver cakes, so i wondered if i could make a birthday cake by putting the liver mixture in a cake tin instead of swiss roll type tin, i made a bit more mixture than normal and put a spoonful of bicarbonate of soda so it would hopefully rise more, it took a bit longer to cook but it has turned out fine just looks like a normal cake, im so pleased with myself, its Tobys 1st birthday tomorrow, im sure he will be pleased with the cake, but will he blow his candle out :D
