Hi,
A girl from our dog training club is leaving to go to Uni, (she's been with us for about 10 years!), so they want to get her a special leaving present from the club, and thought it would be nice to have something personalised with her own dog on it (not clothes though).  Someone thought a sculpture, or maybe a porcelain plate with photo on - does anyone know of anywhere that do these kind of things?  A painting would be the obvious idea, but they have already had that done for themselves a couple of years ago.  So any ideas much appreciated!

One of the companies that do china dogs paint them in your own dogs markings from a photo but can't remember which one it is. Anyone else know?

Hi, I did find one website who paint sculptures from your own dogs markings, but as the dog is a cross-breed (collie/gsd), it would have to be especially sculpted, as she doesn't look like either a collie or a gsd - making things more difficult!

Hi Hiilda, The company which often shares a trade stand with Rabart has a Royal Worcester trained artists who does fabulous personalised paintings onto china from photos.  they also have a miniaturist who does them onto jewellery.  Rabarts phone number is 01274 619 707, I am susre they will be able to put you in touch.  I know there is another firm who transfers photos onto china, but cant remember who they are, sorry.
