I was reading dogs today mag and inside the front cover in the usual editors page, it said that the DDA had been reformed, but no further information was given. Is anyone aware of any changes to the law? I havent heard anything, I thought it was still in place although it is obviously ignored judging by the huge population of pitbulls and pit crosses in britain today and the rising population of tosas. Does anyone know what was meant by this? or did it just mean that parlaiment is considering reforming the law?
