Kai (our Shiba Inu) never ceases to amaze! He's just discovered he can do a hand stand when going to the loo!! I was in stitches last night watching him - he toddled over to one of those salt grit bin and lifted his left hind leg as usual (he's only really just perfected that one). Next thing he leans forward and lifts the right hind leg off the ground - AND continues to pee while he's at it!! It looked soooo comical I started laughing. Well, he must have thought he had done something really special as he's done it a couple of times now - maybe we should join the circus!!;)

He also passed his Kennel Club good citizen Brone award on Saturday - he was perfect with everything except the 1 minute stay (next time I try stappling his paws to the floor as that's about the only way he'll stay still for any length of time - LOL!!).:)

He's going on his first train journey with my other half today so just waiting for the phone call saying it was a disaster!

My old afghan X used to do this when doing "the other" he used to leave it as high as he could get and if he could find a gatepost the right height then he was really pleased :D.  It saved me having to bend down to 'pick up' but if the householders saw it they weren't too pleased (can't say I blame them).  The other place he would leave it was as high up in a tree or bush as he could get - it was really comical to watch but he was very serious about it  :)     I've noticed a few Yorkies around here doing the handstand thing, I think they're trying to impress the bigger dogs :D

We had two female Pomeranian's who used to this when having a wee.  They would go near a wall do a hand stand and wee up the wall!!  It was soooo funny :d

You should film it and send it to 'You've been framed'... If they decide to use it you get £250 :D
