When our vet examined Pippi our Maltese yesterday, he said he could feel a thickening in her intestine he wasn't too woried as she has no sickness or diarrhoea at the moment. He thinks he is probably to do with her Pancreatitis and Colitis but as usual we are now really worried as we obvoiusly don't want anything else to be wrong with her. Any information would be great.Thanks.

My German Shepherd suffered terribly throughout his life with Inflammatory bowel disease which led to a thickening of his intestines.  He was difficult to feed and had recurrent bouts of diahorrea for years but lived to 12 before he finally succumbed to testicular cancer :(
