hello we would love to breed outstanding puppies, to improve a breed, but we want to choose a breed which is generally easy to breed, not many problems etc.
any suggestions?

You'll have most success with whatever breed you really love. If your heart's not in the breed, neither will any success.

No breed is easy to breed!  they are always risk so if all you want is to do is breed then maybe you shouldn't get a dog as there are too many risks in breeding for anyone and any dog.
