I used my new griddle pan yesterday and now its burnt quite badly.Is there any hope for it?

Don't leap in just yet Ange, but I do believe that the good old Bicarbonate of Soda will sort it out for you.  Have a check on the website, there was a link to it here somewhere.  I am sure I have used biological washing powder too but then my le creuset is very very old, originating from wedding no.1 (25yrs ago), it has lasted very well considering I use it all the time.

Yes you can use them as le Creuset isn't aluminium.  I have found the link and put it below.  Just soak for a few hours or overnight.  Good luck
