What can I do, my doggy has stopped eating and drinking and she just seems to want to lay around the house for the most part. She'll get excited when we all go outside or when we take her to the park to play. We think she may have worms and gave her medication but she threw up 2 hrs later and we're not sure that it worked. We dont want to overdose her and give her more though. What can we do? We have no money at all right now so taking her to a vet will be difficult.

Well i am sorry that you dont have any money!!! but and i dont mean to be rude or harsh but your girlie might be very ill an if you are trying to dose her up with things that will or could make her worse you might just lose her so please try very hard to talk to your vet
and get her seen as soon as you can your vet or the PDSA if you are in this country will let you pay on a weekly basis.

If she has the runs aswell as sickness you should get her to a vet.

Well we scraped together money and borrowed from a few people and took her to the vet. We just got her recently from a neighbor that was going to take her to the pound, her being a pitbull would have been put to sleep automatically so we took her, therefore we didnt know if she had any vaccinations or not and hadnt had a chance to get them for her yet. The vet told us that she DID have worms and gave us medication and some papers on how to get her eating and drinking again and told us that if she gets better we're in the clear, but if she gets worse to bring her in IMMEDIATELY because of her breed Parvo is a high risk factor. Im happy to report that so far she seems to be getting much better, we're feeding her soft bland foods like scrambled eggs and rice and bread like the vet says and she gobbles it up and i've been putting some of her doggy food into it today to get her back on it and she's drinking just fine on her own so she seems to be getting much better and i'm so relieved. As soon as she's well enough (the vet said make sure she's completely better before we do) we're taking her to get completely vaccinated!
